Merchant delivery is a shipping method designed for businesses with their own means of product delivery to customers.
In this article, you will learn how to :
Go to Shopzpin Merchant > Settings > Shipping. You will see Merchant Delivery is enabled as the default delivery method.
Click on this button to enable or disable Merchant Delivery.
We understand some businesses have their own means of delivery method. Some hire their own delivery staff, while some are already using specific courier services. Therefore, Shopzpin have included “Merchant Delivery” for these businesses to continue with their delivery method.
Setting up Merchant Delivery is simple. First, from Shopzpin Merchant > Settings > Shipping, click Action and select Edit.
Click Add a new service button.
Fill in a name and descriptions for this Merchant Delivery Service. An example of Name that you could put here is by location, as shipping fee differs based on location of buyers.
Upload an image for this specific Merchant Delivery Service for your customer to distinguish and differentiate it from other delivery methods.
Once you have confirmed all information filled in is correct, click Create Service button. Your Merchant Delivery Service is successfully created.
In order to set up shipping fees for this Merchant Delivery Service, click Price Range button.
Start filling in conditions of shipping fee by clicking the Add New Condition button. You can create more than one conditions by clicking the Add New Condition again, as shipping fee differs based on weight.
SWhen you are done, click Submit Price Range button.
Finally, click the Merchant Delivery Service Details as shown in image below...
Make sure Delivery option at checkout is Enabled...
Click Update Merchant Delivery Service to complete the whole process of setting up your Merchant Delivery Service. If you want to create more than one Merchant Delivery Service, just repeat from Step 1 to Step 9.
