Connecting with Touch’n Go eWallet


Touch 'n Go eWallet is a Malaysian digital wallet and online payment platform, established in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in July 2017 as a joint venture between Touch 'n Go and Ant Financial.

Sign up as Touch’n Go Merchant

Step 1 :

Open your Touch’n Go mobile app, select Merchant.

Step 2 :

Click Sign Up As Merchant, and complete all the information.

Documents required :

SMEs
  • Company registration certificate
  • Company bank statement
  • Business operating license
  • Photo of your shop (front view)
Individual
  • Individual bank statement
  • Photo to prove business's existence (e.g. booth)
You will receive a merchant approval email from TNG Digital and the Merchant QR code will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days.

Enable Touch’n Go Pay in your Shopzpin store

Step 1 :

Go to Shopzpin Merchant > Settings > Payment Solutions > Touch’n Go eWallet, click Connect with Touch’n Go eWallet.

Step 2 :

Upload your Touch’n Go Merchant QR Code here.

Step 3 :

Fill in the Touch’n Go eWallet Display Name and Set Payment Instruction.

Step 4 :

Finally, click Update / Submit.

Now your customers can choose Touch’n Go eWallet payment gateway to make their online payment in your store.

Important Notice :
  1. After the payment is made, your customer needs to upload the payment proof for verification.
  2. You need to verify that the payment is received accurately in accordance with the order placed.
  3. You will need to mark the order as ‘Paid’ when managing your Orders once verified.
