Understanding Shopzpin Orders Page


In Shopzpin Merchant > Orders, you can check your store’s total sales income, sales income in a current week, and sales income in current month. You can also access details of each orders, such as buyer name, order status, payment, shipping options and more.

Date & Order No.

Order numbers, date and time of purchase are shown here.

Receiver Nickname

Name of the receiver for courier services’ reference will be shown here.

Category

Channel of which the order is placed will be shown here.
Example 1 : An order is made from your online store, information shown here will be “Storefront Order”.
Example 2 : An order is made from Smart Order, information shown here will be “Outlet Order”.

Order Status

Order status shows all orders of different status. With this information you can arrange necessary actions for each order, especially orders that are not under “Completed” status.

All Orders

Go to Shopzpin Merchant > Orders, click the All Orders button to filter different order statuses within a specific period of your choice.

1 All All customer’s orders
2 New New orders
3 Pending Payment Orders that have not receive payment from customer
4 Paid Orders with successful payment
5 Delivering Orders that are delivering to receivers’ location
6 Completed Orders that customers have successfully received parcel bought
7 Parcel Sending Failed Orders that have failed to deliver to customer
8 Customer Reject Orders rejected by customer
9 Payment Failed Orders with unsuccessful payment
10 Cancelled Orders that are cancelled by you
11 Customer Marked Paid Orders that are marked paid by customer (manual payment)
12 Ready To Pickup Orders that are ready for customer to self pickup

Besides order status, you can also filter customer orders by payment type and delivery method of the order, Storefront Order (online store) or Outlet Order (purchases made through Smart Order).

With these filters, you can manage your customer orders effectively.
